We have a bunch from Takeya- ours came from Costco. Replacement lids are available, they also take Hydroflask lids. I like the screw-off spout lid (has a small drinking spout with an attached screw top plus a wide mouth) because it is easy to clean and also less messy to drink from- I personally hate straws

One of my friends told me how much it cost Dunkin Donuts to change over all the signage from Dunkin to DD. It was insane. There are several types/sizes of lighted signs, for instance, and it was crazy money for each one. And each location might have several.

The crinkly noise is probably due to the very very tightly woven cover fabric from tightly twisted thread which is somewhat stiff to keep the down inside. Sign of quality.
