Watchusett isn't bad if you're close. 15 minutes to a mtn, even a small one is super convenient

Watchusett mtn, I think is 1 of the bigger places to ski in MA. But thats in comparison to the couple other places I know of.
MA doesn't have real mountains with ski areas. We have a few big hills we call mtns.

This right here. That guy who did the test just save you a whole bunch of stress. Normal mass hole driver would freak the f*** out if you just sat there at a yield. You probably wouldn't be surprised but people get road raging over really small things. Everybody's in a hurry.

So it's a point system. They normally don't fail you for just one thing. Driving classes are not mandatory by the way. Some people absolutely need them though.
How many times you've taken the driving test because a lot of people don't pass it the 1st time.

I meant it would be nice if park st actually smelled like a park... pine trees, fresh air. Instead of a train station.

It's the American dream. Like I said, people didn't think that experts... the banks, would give them more than they could afford.

So it was pretty bad.
Predatory Lending. The banks would give out loans for more than people could afford, on the "idea" (wishful lthinking at best) thuuat the economy would keep growing & people wouiuld make more mouney. They would give a loan where you wouldn't have to make your first payment for 3 to 6 months.
A lot of people figured that banks/lenders knew what they were doing. They wouldn't give out money if they didn't think you could pay it back.
That's where it loses me tho. We're they hoping to then own these homes after people defaulted? We're they thinking they'd make money on the loan for a bit ( because all you pay is intrest for the first few years) & then own the house to sell? Don't know. But it sucked.
I saw 2 of my neighbors lose thier homes. Friends of mine got divorced, after all the stress of losing thier house, not finding housing...kids too.
We bought at the peak also. But I made sure we didn't borrow more than we could afford. We also had a good local bank. They knew that of they fucked up, they would only be screwing someone who was a local.

You don't need to have a f****** Generac to keep your heat on. If you live West of 495 and you don't have a generator a snow blower and all wheel drive...... You should know better.

My neighbors dog has barked for 5 years straight. Everyday he goes to work. It's a lab. Not a small bark. He leaves the windows open cause he lives on the 3rd floor.... so it echos all over the neighborhood.
When anyone let's thier dog out, there's a barking match.
5 years. I havent said shit or called animal control. Live n let live. If I really want peace n quiet, I'd move to the middle of nowhere.
