He had a fever and was throwing up! Are you saying you would take a kid that's throwing up and running a fever, along with a sore throat, to visit elderly family and family that are susceptible to illness?

We had to stay home for Christmas due to my son being sick. He woke up early Saturday morning with a fever, sore throat, and vomiting. The fever and vomiting are gone, but the sore throat is lingering, although better than it was. Not sue if it's the flu or not, but we all got the flu shot and so far no one else has gotten sick. He did do a Covid test and that was negative.
