Check out Howard Dental school. Washington Hospital Center used to do dental work also.

Thanks. Do you know if there is anyway to check and see if the judgement is still active. He mentioned that he checks on it but I am not sure what that means. This is so sad. This contractor did shoddy work after a fire and he has never had the money since then to fix his home.

I got a half a cow once from a farm in West Virginia. I was in a group that made group purchases of beef and lamb. I had no idea how much meat that was. Someone had to bring me a medium size freeze to hold it.

Probably. I remember hearing Walmart promised more than the three stores in DC. They were going to set up a store on New York Avenue and in SE. Walmart got what they wanted and moved on.

It is very kind of you to help him. He needs to contact Legal Council for the Elderly for help representing him. He can work with the landlord on a mediation plan. He should contact the Office on Aging and Community Living for support.

Agree. Is there more wear on a certain part of the shoe? Things like posture could have an impact.

That's so sad to hear. The Office of the Aging is a good start. Start with a respectful conversation and offer your help. If he needs meals there are services that can deliver them, there are also services available to allow him to live independently. Thank you for caring.
