itd be heavy rail aka red/blue line in this god-emperor scenario, all buried and all with brand new rails. depth would change depending on if it conflicts with other rails, like how its done in new york. in real life this would cost infinity money, but this is a dream.

That part is geographically accurate actually, according to the link here to the current top post on this sub.
To respond to your point about opposition from the locals at Savin Hill, on the one hand I feel like I missed an opportunity to have the yellow and dark purple lines meet at JFK. On the other hand though, this will either a) never happen or b) be implemented by a god-emperor who doesn’t care what the locals say.

As god-emperor, it would only take me about a week. In real life though, it would take far more than half a millennium. A man can dream though!
