I see comments saying it’s either for kids to use or for absorbing blood spills…

I like the coat of arms but not the blue background.
I would love a flag that takes the tricolor from the center of the flag (blue, yellow, green) and expand it to the entire flag and shrink the coat of arms a bit to fit in the center band
Past that, I wouldn’t mind a flag based on William Penn’s coat of arms
