investor. 3200 sq ft 4 bed 2.5 bath
15 yr note 2.75 3k a month
1k of that is taxes
combined we make like 300k in income.
As a investor it’s been a weird two years.
it’s literally cheaper for me to build new then to purchase existing housing stock
