This is what you’ve deemed the problem with CT.. Siding. Out of everything else wrong in the world, you needed to drop everything, (even your hatred for vinyl) in order to type this.. Siding is why we can’t have an athletically pleasing state. I would like to live in your world.

Hey, did you know that some people can’t even afford to eat, or cloth themselves? They live outside! On the street corners! I bet the state would look a lot better if they just exterminated those unsightly piles of human garbage!

My house has vinyl siding. I think I’ll add another layer of it just to ruin your day. Mandate building materials. Jesus fucking Christ

Ah ok. Yeah those front row seats are not always great for hockey. The glass messes up your view. Best views are like 10-15 rows back so you are up above the glass. Also I think behind the goals is great. I’ve def regretted getting seats behind the benches and penalty boxes. As far as the seats themselves, the front section seats have been that way for decades. They are removable for stuff like monster trucks. I’ve been going there since the 80’s. It’s def aged but it’s still got some life in it. One day maybe we will get the nhl back. Christ even Detroit has all 4 major sports. Are we worse than Detroit? /sobs uncontrollably.

Clearly your first time there. It’s actually been improved quite a bit. Unfortunately without a professional team in hartford this is what we have. No, It’s not state of the art. But it’s pretty darn good compared to some places. Place will be jamming tonite for the UConn game. Go to a sold out event. It’s way different than 2000 people at a Wolfpack game.

My take is that we don’t really get hurricanes, tornados, or have bugs that can kill you, excessive prolonged heat, cold etc.. I like it. It’s home. Probly won’t ever leave cause it’s all I know. Is it perfect? Nope. But I know it well and its home. Like it says, We have NYC within a short drive, beaches, and wilderness. Just wish the Whalers were still here. I still miss them.
