I've lived at 225 Grand for almost 1.5 years and it's been great! The front desk staff is lovely.
I've only experienced the electricity going out once after a switch blew and the water was shut off once or twice for a few hours. Honestly, nothing to worry about. For a period of time, the fire alarm went off quite a bit, but it's been fine for a while now.
225 Grand! Not a brand new building, but it has all the amenities and it's in a great location. I've had no issues with management or staff in almost 1.5 years.
