Rattlesnake Ledge is definitely fine to hike right now. You might want to check conditions for Mount Si and Pilchuk, but Si should be fine. I would not hike Lake 22 right now due to the snow.

Amazing! What trail was this?

Looking at the map, the Teeley Creek trailhead is about 10 miles off from the highway. Even if you're going very slow, it should be less than an hour, so if you plug how long it will take to get to the turnoff from the highway (by Copper Creek Inn), I would add add max 1 hour to find the total.

Lower elevation hikes are great in the winter. Check out the many trails in Issaquah, Bellevue, and Redmond area. The Bus trail in Issaquah is a nice flat one in the forest with an old abandoned bus. Coal Creek Falls is also a good winter hike.

Somewhere in Olympic National Forest would likely be good for stargazing. You might consider finding a campground in the forest to stay at.

There are a number of snowshoeing places near Steven's. One I've done before and would recommend is Suprise Lake.

I would spend a day in Seattle and then take a little road trip to the North Cascades National Park, Mount Rainier, Olympic Peninsula, or the San Juan Islands depending on what you're looking for. Mount Rainier will be the best for mountain views and hiking, North Cascades has beautiful scenery with mountains, cute small towns, and lakes, the Olympic Peninsula is very green and lush with some cool lakes, and the San Juans are great for water views. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

You're welcome! It's a great free campground with the old town of Liberty just down the road.
