yeah ur capped at 60 fps where pc gets way over 120 you can go higher i have a friend running lower specs than me gets 8000 fps on a game

so please explain how you need 1000$ for a rig

rust is i have 12 GB of ram yet i still only get about 50 frames but it drops all the time im running all of that on a gtx 950 non ti yet they run pretty damn smooth except rust

rust, black ops 1, 2, 3 mw2,rocket league, saints row, batman, gta 5/fivem gold rush the game the crew 1 and 2, 7 days to die, skyrim, fallout 4, heavily modded minecraft, custom maps on black ops 3, teardown and many more that i have installed

you don't need that much to buy a gaming rig i paid 182$ for mine and it runs games amazingly for a good rig you would be spending around $350 to $400 at most
