Yeah, that's a human brain evolved to use parallax for depth perception, but how does a chameleon's visual cortex work differently with those independently-operated eyeballs?

You say that like it's a fact. Also, try driving with your eyes closed sometime. I think you'll find that the world outside your vehicle exists as fact regardless of whether you believe in it. The only difference is bullshitting yourself that facts don't exist.
