Just get up earlier in the morning. Make them breakfast. Read. Work out.
Getting up early will give you more quality time with them too.

I stayed with mine after finding incriminating texts. It tore me apart mentally and of course then I have the mental breakdown and lose my job a year later and she breaks up with me.
Be positive. There are a lot of broken people out there. We have to be strong and not cause damage, but to heal it.

depression is excellent for creativity. For survival.
In relationship, you have to sacrifice her out of your mind, and make time to think about art and yourself.
You need reflective time. So most people cant balance it and they become docile
