Personal favorite is Spider-man, the whole opening showing how his life is then jumping right into tutorial then main story had me hooked.

I played first one on pc a few months ago. Hooked instantly. Great story, beautiful visuals. Had to get the second one a couple weeks ago. And found out there's a third next year.

Pirates of the Caribbean.

Like a decadeish ago, Xmas day had pirates movies marathon, to which of course I watched. So now around Xmas I like to binge them.
