Reply to I loved this game as a kid and is still one of my all time favorite zeldas, but what did everyone else think about it? by 69helloreddit69
It came out when I was an adult. The controls were seriously flawed, my hand covered up too much of the screen when controlling Link. I stopped playing in disappointment around 1/4th of the way through.

I want a Witcher spinoff with Lambert and Keira traveling together. Lambert with normal Witcher gameplay, Keira with more social-sim elements mixed with using magic to manipulate people and situations. Major decisions in the game would be represented by them having an argument, the outcome of which determines which choice gets made and how their relationship thrives or suffers as a result.

Doesn’t make me feel old. Dreamcast feels ancient tbh.

Reply to What game you thought you wouldn't like but ended up enjoying? by Kapuishon88
Recently I've been surprised with how much I enjoyed Chained Echoes. I picked it up because all the hype thinking that it was just going to be another overpraised amateurish love letter to JRPGs. What I got did have lots of references to the classics, however its implementation and understanding how the systems interact with each other was surprisingly competent. Even with the reverence to tradition it brought plenty of original ideas to the table as well.
