They didn’t follow my signs. The violators got tickets. When you get the parking signs The parking authority will advise you of a number to call if someone parks in one of the spots.

This is the worst intersection. I was on crutches last year and had to cross it to get to PT. I honestly feared for my life.

I live here. I love my apartment and the location but the management company is horrible. They’re wildly incompetent and the rents went up a lot (I know, I know, everywhere did). Search the Google reviews of this building and their sister buildings. Overall, if you have no major issues, it’s fine. I’ve had them let a leak spread through my floors for 11 days and offer me a whole 150 dollars for the “inconvenience.” There’s something to be sad about all city management companies, but equity is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
