Pricing for most of downtown, new and amenitized, is close to $1000 a square foot.
And you will have a monthly HOA payment on top of that.
Paulus Hook is also one of the most expensive areas of JC.

Same. We were lone soldiers in the neighborhood then. I always loved seeing the fun lights in the dining room windows from my apartment. When nothing was in the neighborhood, it was always a comforting site. My how the neighborhood has changed. And due to change more.
