Oh, in addition to bird seed, get a suet feeder -- I see so many woodpeckers, warblers, and bluebirds on mine. This one has been excellent quality and the included suet makes this a great deal. I got the recycled double feeder: https://kmwoodworking.com/collections/bird-food-products/products/suet-feeder-10-pack-of-pine-tree-farms-suet

I'm way late on this fascinating discovery, but my partner told me yesterday that the scientists say you should wait until about an hour after waking up to have caffeine. Otherwise it overloads your cortisol production and causes you to crash. When you wait, you're effectively letting your natural processes wake you up, then augmenting them with the additional kick from caffeine. Gotta say, waiting ~30 more minutes for my cup of tea isn't terribly enjoyable, but I appreciate the science behind it!

A not-so fascinating discovery is that my neighborhood seems to have a glut of new Japanese honeysuckle coming up, including a significant section of new growth in my yard. So. That's a fun project I didn't need. I didn't realize how easily its spread by birds.

'blown' is probably too strong a word but the Banshees of Inisherin was quite good and thought- provoking.

Not a movie, but the series Normal People was a good watch as well. I found it evocative, and Paul Mescal was great as was Daisy Edgar-Jones.

Lots of people use this wording (honest, trusted, etc) when asking for mechanic recommendations. I would try the search bar for 'mechanic' and you'll get a whole boatload to choose from.

Perhaps the fence post was put in after the utility? At the risk of sounding naggish, getting utilities marked is cheap and usually pretty fast. I've had them done twice, once for a very simple gardening project and once for a not simple utility issue. Both happened within a day.

Honestly it's not just "gamer rage," it could happen with tennis or other sports, too. I suggest finding ways to help focus the kid on having fun playing vs winning. This is something I struggled with as a kid and identifying some coping mechanisms back then could have helped me a lot with life in general.
