Great looking bag and seems like it’s high quality too. I have a big of a backpack fetish and keep wishing in the back of my mind that my Timbuk 2 would show some age or some sign of a flaw to give me an excuse to get a new backpack. However it has gone from being my school bag, to hiking bag, to working on construction sites and being thrown around bag and hasn’t shown any weakness yet.

Seriously if I clean it after each use I could use a single disposable razor for almost a month

I don’t have much to shave and I just go to the dollar store and buy a 10 packs of razors for $4. My hair also doesn’t grow back that quickly so it can last me more than 2 months sometimes. That’s only about $24/year.

This is the best advice. For constantly rubbing against brick and fireplaces I wouldn’t spend too much on any jacket because they’re not going to stand up that long regardless.

I posted here 4 years ago about something similar and someone recommended A-Slim wallets and it’s in outstanding condition till this day. It’s a bit on the pricier side but I wouldn’t hesitate to replace it if I lost it. I see no reason it shouldn’t last another 15+ years. I do condition it once-twice a year just to care for it.
