Vintage version of Cooler and Warmer

How do you feel about Elmhurst? I’m in the process of finishing up some projects that never got completed. 4 beds / 1.5 baths, office, fully fenced in front and back yard and I was planning to list around $425.

The worst parts about RIC: No one graduates in four years. Do you need to take two classes that are sequential? Guess what- they’re not offering the first one at all this academic year but they are offering the second one but you can’t take it yet. This happens ALL. THE. TIME. The likelihood of completing one major in 4 years is tough let alone 3. Unless things have changed since I was there about 10 yrs ago.

You will be in classes with students who don’t try, don’t care, and are frankly not very intelligent (students getting a business degree). And a lot of the teachers I had just accepted it. So you have to keep yourself motivated and/or find the limited number of other students who are. There are leadership programs at RIC and through LRI- join those if you can.

I used to think this but not so much anymore. Dispensaries on the west coast are incredibly cheap with nice and knowledgeable staff. That’s because they’ve had close to 10 years to legally operate. RI and MA dispensaries are on their way and MA prices have already dropped considerably.

If you're staying at one of the mills/lofts building you will be fine. Providence can be really street specific. Most of that area is fine, and providence is far safer than many other cities in general.

Choice Social Club

RIC- there’s a large parking lot near mount pleasant Ave with rarely any cars. There’s a nice size loop you can take around campus that goes on a back road, main road, stop sign, one way, and rotary. Very few cars and a bit of everything you’d need. This is where my teenager practiced driving before feeling comfortable on main roads.
