I paid an extra 5k for a second parking space at my condo. Additional ~300 a year in property taxes. It's covered garage spot I could rent out for about 100 a month minimum.p

It is frustrating, but at 22 you shouldn't feel rushed to buy. I didn't buy until 31.

Those beach house rentals are also brutally cold in between November and March. They aren't really winterized. I remember going to friends houses in Bonnet shore and sleeping in my boots and winter coat

Property crime is, yeah. I've never felt unsafe in Providence for the most part (I also won't go wandering into Chad Brown just for fun), but car break INS do happen annoyingly often

I think Freeplay is on the decline. They haven't been keeping their arcade machines in good working order lately, kind of just skating by on reputation

Attleboro has gotten nonsensically expensive because of the commuter rail

The commuter rail is okay for an occasional use (I'd even say 2-3 times a week), but given there's one train per hour, and it over an hour of travel, and it's like 7$ each way, yeah I wouldn't commute to Boston.

Pretty much everywhere closer along the commuter rail has inflated massively wrt price. North Attleboro is po dunk boring but just being rail accessible has shot their real estate sky high

They're always too full anyways.
