If it's a two family, and you live in the other unit, you arent subject to the restriction of the Fair Housing Act. You can also refuse to rent to anyone with kids.
So, in essense, yes.

I didn't ask you to change the subject, yet there you go!
FYI, the "sunk cost fallacy" .... is a fallacy. Its not the arugument you think it is.
Might want to work on those logic/semantic skills.

I ran out of coffee at 6PM, store is maybe 5 minutes away. I had six bags of coffee delivered by 5 AM the next day, instead. Its a good thing all my ancestors were cremated, or they would be rolling over.

So you already have a fiber drop!
Not sure if this is still the case, but landlines through FiOS used to 100 percent recognize old rotary dial phones. If you even have the landline option, its fun to use old phones.

I mean, it's his lawn. You're entitled to your opinions of it, but personally, sounds to me like he wants both of us off it.

remember that many here also fail to recognize that 'defund' was used to get exactly their attention, because it got ours 10 and 20 years earlier, when arts education, afterschool programs, music education, and jobs programs for youth were DEFUNDED.
I bet that criminal that you want to blame a shortage of authoritarians for ALSO didn't have anyone to show him how to do better.
