I've worked for a lot of software companies and I've signed a lot of contracts. Nothing I've ever looked at has a "single employment" clause and I don't know how that would ever be enforcible anyway.

I love how Tesla's build quality has been bottom of the business for over a decade but it took Musk buying twitter and being an edgelord for anyone to start actually paying attention.
