Same. I love being down in it at high flows when all you can hear is the rumbling echoeing white noise of the falls.

It's the only stretch of the Trinity I haven't boated. But I have been hiking down into to fish the falls since I was a kid. And after the things I've seen there... I'm a hard NO on ever boating it. But nothing for respect for the folks that do.

Love the Trinity as well. It saved me and I will forever be indebted. And thanks.

The good ol' BRG🤣. So you know that place? It doesn't get snow down to the river here very often. I just ended up getting lucky with my timing.

And yeah, hella rough country. Steep and brushy with rattlesnakes, tics, faceflies, Bigfoot, mountain lions, etc. to contend with. It's one of my favorite places on earth!

Yeah...but it's barely visible even if you zoom in. It's about 65 miles away.
