It IS, i have a sandinsk clip ++ that even the 7hz zero i cant get UP to 70%

What tips do you use?
The Wavelet dunu Titan preset is enough for me.
But my phone underpowers It, so i would like to buy a dongle dac that do not increase treble and since i'm already for the buy, to give a little boost on bass.
Or a neutral cheap dongle.

The Max volume on my Cell phone is low.

It IS underpowered, but i would like to aquire a dongle that could give It a boost even If little, without messing the treble.
