Reply to [Image] How we look at things - Carl Jung by Lioness-
Quite familiar with Jung, but no, I haven’t specialized on his reading.
But when I read Litterature & Religion at university, his subjects was frequently mentioned. As I specialized on Herman Hesse and his works, Jung was mentioned often as a big influencers, and as it seemed a friend, if not very close, to him.
Today I read and are more interested in other things….

Keeping our integrity - being 100% true to ourselves = self love and freedom.
Lioness- t1_ix7gv5f wrote
Happened to me many times. So be really true to yourself, if you really want what you think you want?
Or if you’re settling because you don’t think you can receive what you want?
When we let the things pass by that isn’t really what we want, it can sometimes come with a bit of a challenge, to see if you really think you deserve better.
But after that, things open up in a whole new way. Been so in the past, so I tell myself, that’s how universe test us.

It was nothing new at all for me, so I wouldn’t say it helped. I just elaborated further on your message.
But recognition is always very nice 😊

This is a winning concept for sure.
It also builds a strong core of ethics, which have immense positive effects, regardless of what other people think.

Agree, partly. Truth can definitely be delivered and communicated with a lot of consideration and love, but can still hurt. Not because of the person who speak it, but because of the effect in the receiver.
Sometimes the receiver want to hear the truth, and sometimes not at all.
The cathartic effect of truth should not be underestimated however, if the recipient is open for it.

Truth is that kids don’t ever grow up without coming from and knowing truth. But will remain unevolved in their brains unable to comprehend reality on any real or deeper levels.

Depend on what kind of friendships you want to have. Friendship is not about likings, and /or searching for it. Pretty superficial imo.
Rather finding common ground, shared values. Agree to disagree at times, and still respect each other.

Reply to [Image] The intuitive mind -Albert Einstein by Lioness-
The whole quote are:
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
The substance of our knowledge resides in the detailed terminology of a field. In science the work of the individual is so bound up with that of his scientific predecessors and contemporaries that it appears almost as an impersonal product of his generation. In any conflict between humanity and technology, humanity will win."
(from the book "The Ultimate Quotable Einstein" - Under the category; Possibly or Probably by Einstein)
