I hate it too. And I went to UVM. But I really think looking back it would have made for sense to save the money and go to a smaller less expensive community college. Yes the experience isn’t the same but you said it best. It really is the new high school diploma. And especially if you want a career that requires lots of years of school it’s the way to go.

Tbh college is overpriced. Undergrad doesn’t really matter as much as graduate programs. My advice for anyone is to go to a cheaper school or community college for undergrad and save the $ for grad school programs at a “better” school since no one cares about a B.S anyway 🤷🏻♀️

Unfortunately there aren’t any restaurants who offer this. Closest options would be Montreal or possibly Albany. There are lots of Asian markets in Burlington and Essex Jct though so like someone else suggested you could buy them frozen & make at home. Recently did this with frozen scallion pancakes.
