I don't know, I'm just going off of emails I have and older pictures of local signs online where it wasn't there. It may have been in use in some form, but it wasn't included on everything and I could see why people would miss it if that's the case.

Editing to say that after someone pointed it out, it was there, but was more hidden and not as obvious as it is now.

It hasn't always been that way. I went back through emails and as of May 1, 2021, the fish was not included. I too Google old signage and found plenty of old images showing the Springfield location did not include the fish.

I do not recommend. The staff I spoke with were kind, but there is an extremely disappointing lack of communication. I had to follow up daily for information, progress, and even had a family therapy session appointment that I called in for but no one ever showed up. I was told later that the particular therapist that the appointment was set with does not do family therapy sessions. How are the parents or guardians supposed to know that when they're at the mercy of staff that doesn't seem to communicate internally? While our child was cared for and safe, that's where my confidence ends. If you're looking for true help and progress, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
