She wasn't brought on the set because they said she wasn't needed. The AD took the gun and handed it to baldwin. The AD runs the set and didn't bring her on set. He's responsible for this.

Everyone on a film set is still tested for Covid. People actually adjust their lifestyles inorder to work, so no most of the people are not going to the nightclub with hundreds of other people because it could cost them some work

It's called "two for them, one for me" As in, two for the studios, one for yourself, an indie film. Have to pay the bills and keep your name in the minds of executives, not to mention keep your agents and managers paid by taking paid work. Do you think any of them would be motivated to work for a client that just says no to big paycheques? They don't get paid until he gets paid.

Masters of the Universe had one where Not Skeletor popped out of the lava. For comic book properties, X-Men 3 had Charles Xavier wake up in a coma patient.

Reply to comment by Mattyzooks in why do series shows always have so many seemingly random people directing every episode? by OctoberRust13
Traditionally, British shows are 6 episodes and have one writer/director for all of them and don't have a writer's room. The one director for all episodes is something you find in prestige television, as someone mentioned above.

Even with series with 8 episodes, the load is shared between at least 2 directors and ADs.

The comic books use the "Warrior Nun Areala" name. Using that name would probably think it's about nun's boobs or something.

Exactly. People saying "she was on set at the time!" No she wasn't. She was somewhere else because it was a rehearsal with no firearms. The AD took the gun.
