2015 is just as relevant as Covid year 2020 when the entire season was delayed months, leading to serious disinterest across the entire sport.

If you don’t know how to properly use search engines to find articles telling you what sports teams local tv ratings were in any given year, you’re beyond help, and you won’t believe it anyway, you seem dead set on believing the Pens are some huge draw just because they lead the NHL. It’s all relative.

You can Google articles online. Pirates broadcasts are typically either right at where the Penguins are, or higher.
Maybe not last years but typically over the past 15 years it’s either very close or Pirates are higher.

Mastriano is one of the most extreme Republicans running for office. He was caught on video praying for Trump to seize power before the attack on the Capitol. He has posed for pictures in a Confederate uniform. He want to outlaw gay marriage, and is against abortion even in the cases of mother’s life in danger, rape and/or incest. He is a candidate with zero redeeming qualities. And that is why he will lose big come Tuesday.

What more do you need to know than Mastriano is an extremist who was on the Capitol grounds on Jan 6th, amongst other awful things he stands for.

Just start researching the areas, maybe drive by some places for sale in different areas or even go to open houses. Get a feel for the different areas and the price ranges. Will also give you an idea of the types of homes you might like, and judge how much work will typically need done once buying a home.
