As a side note.. what if you drive to MA for 28 days, leave on the 29th day and then come back? Does the 30 day clock reset?? I also thought this only applies to people who MOVE from out of state. Like if you move to MA, then you have 30 days to register here. Not people just doing an extended stay here. But I guess that would make too much sense??

It’s crazy. I was looking at a house all the way out in Medway. Nice little two bedroom. They want $414k, okay fine. Then I looked at the price history - the house was purchased for half that in 2019.

My income has gone up a little since 2019 but not enough to keep with with these prices.

That’s why I went out during the snow and rain and cleared off my car so all the snow wouldn’t turn to ice overnight..

A few years ago I lived in an apartment complex and we had a small snowstorm followed by rain/ice. I was the only one to go out first thing in the morning and clear snow from my car. 8 hours later everyone else came out and literally had to chisel inches of ice off of their cars. Many gave up. It was comical.
