Separate spaces for task tracking and planning out project.
And the ability to add photos for when I’ve planned something out on paper

The posted LPT was about knowing when you’re about to run out of staples in the stapler. If you don’t fill the stapler with a whole box at a time then your comment is an ‘and’ to the original LPT but you’re acting like it’s an ‘or’. Why?

Maybe staple work differently in different places, but I’ve never found a stapler that takes a whole box of staples at once.

Simplify, simplify, simplify.
Reduce the number of things you have to remember. Write things down and set yourself reminders in a calendar. Put things in the same place each time.
Also, pay attention to what you’re forgetful about. Maybe there’s a pattern that points at some underlying reason.

We’ve done something similar but also very different. We have kept our own accounts, but the money is very much ‘ours’ regardless of which account it’s in.
But we are privileged to not worry too much about money and both have a reasonably similar approach to money and value-for-money.
