I think the state will sell the housing at a very high price and give them an enormous tax break. Prov only has entertainment now and it will become like Boston soon which has the highest percentage of subsidized of any major city. I think the taxes will increase for everyone else too. They approved an empty lot on Valley st for 52 units and it’s for sale for over 1 million. I think they could easily hold it and build themselves but they don’t. . But This is all my opinion

Idk why all the downvotes this is exactly what will happen. The city will give these slumlords time to make repairs, which they will. The places will be nicer, then the tenants will get rent increase letters to fair market value. And the tenant will leave

They don’t have to recycle and neither do you. I used to work in the projects and there were large dumpsters that took everything. Not sure if it got separated when it got to the dump or how it was setup but it isn’t illegal

I had it done at Brown Urology. Told him I wanted to be knocked out. When I got up had my tighty whiteys, frozen peas and was on the couch for 3 days. Felt like a mango in pants but no real pain. Do not lift anything. It feels like you can until you do. After a week or so make sure you empty the pipes maybe 20x and then take a test.

I bought in Providence at 24 so I’m not sure why ppl are telling you it isn’t possible or to buy after being married. The market isn’t best for buyers now but more importantly It’s not time for you just yet due to your circumstance, try to get him legitimized and it will help you. Don’t give up.
