Also, as a patient victim of Kaiser in the past, you literally need to threaten a lawsuit to get them to perform surgery on you. And even then most times they will laugh in your face and say “bring it”. For this patient to receive this procedure I am betting the parents hounded the staff to the depths of hell. I would go w/o healthcare if Kaiser was the only choice. So. I know this may sound harsh but…

The rooftop tour, right? We did that one too! It’s really breathtaking. I seem to remember we had to book it 2 mos or so in advance, cant just show up and go like the old aquarium was. But worth it, so worth it!

I thought Claude was the one I had seen in my youth, but he joined the academy in 2008. I remember one that was always there and so very old. I wonder what happened to him. I looked it up but it’s all about Claude. Maybe Charlie?

The California Academy of Science is a very cool place, indeed. Claude, the albino alligator is awesome, then “the Rainforest” with all the beautiful butterflies, frogs and birds. I love that place. It’s always sold out tho :(

This gives me hope. My grandmother died of Alzheimer’s. I thought it jumped a generation (i am not entirely sure) but all 4 of her daughters, my mom included, died of it. So now I just don’t know. No one wants to go out like that 😞
