58x is terrible for bass and gaming still... Literally consumerfi stuff images better and has cleaner bass (not to mention usually more bass)

They aren't that good even for the price for vocals. They are pretty grainy unless you have a totl speaker amp sitting around in vocals and always present them in this odd way where dead center of the center blob is less loud than it's edges, giving a "behind a box" feel to the vocalist.

Yea, they get all round beat out by stuff like the 400se at half the price. They are just bad.

They are some of if not the worst gaming headphone money can buy. No, don't get them for gaming. Tbh, they aren't good for music either.

They aren't worth it at $100 and are a hard sell at $50 if you look at the rest of the market and not just "Linus said it's best under 1k so it must be"

Closed backs don't mean more bass, the 6xx is just a bad can that happens to suck at bass and happens to be an open back.

Yet still $150 more than where they perform...

You might really like the koss 95x or k10000 or lambda nova signature

It's the best of the 6x0 series but honestly I have it and its kinda just lacking all round compared to actually good options even in cheaper prices
