I know you so damn well. I did this. I’d recommend picking up one of those books again and finishing it from where u left off. I’ve done this more than once and most of the time it’s fine. Just did it with Midnight’s Children. Really did not like that story. Reading is a habit. Sticking to it is a habit. Remembrance of Things Past is overlooked a lot. Complex, delicious sentences that need to be savored more than once. A storyline that is stunning and contemporary. It’s a real shame that this beauty has fallen away.
