I have two suit jackets (42R) that I think would be close for you and a pair of shoes size 11.5. The good thing with these colors (black and charcoal) is any color pant will match. I will grab a couple ties as well.

No problem. This stuff might be a little big, but I’m hopeful it will still look passable. I’m bigger now ( half beer, half working out lol) so don’t be alarmed when I see you tomorrow 😜

Eventually if you have time for a tailor you should be set. Just a basic taking in and adjusting hem should be relatively inexpensive. Doesn’t need to be a full bespoke reworking of the stuff.
