It is theoretically possible but goddamn there is so much reasonable doubt that would be created that you could fly a planet through it and you would have to test all flights and not just random samples and the drug probably has to be uncommon and you would have to personally drug test anyway in the end.
But yes, you could in very very unlikely circumstances if you already know who is positive for a rarely used drug find if they were on multiple flights w/drugs in their system.
I'll give a charity upvote for you though because it is theoretically possible still.

I'm actually fine with keeping names private for most cases unless convicted. Innocent until proven guilty yet even if found innocent a trial would haunt them forever if names of those tried were released.
That being said, there should be exceptions to this. And if these girls are convicted it should absolutely follow them forever. If this was stealing a PS5 then yea, keep it private but this? Hell no.
Rehabilitation (which stigmatization might hurt) can be a noble thing to attempt but for certain cases people like partners/potential friends/employers should have a right to know if this person they might marry/befriend/employ is a murderer

That should be standard just as a general public health measure to know what is flowing into the country and not just for covid

It isn't culinary high art but it hits the spot that used to be hit by old school independent greasy spoon type places

Yea but if you dump millions of positive covid vectors suddenly in the US they'll glom resources that are already kind of stretched.
How many would come here positive and sick just to walk into a hospital, get treatment, then go back and welch on payment?

The country is governed exclusively on the basis of the neurosis and fixations of the coasts and cities so why wouldn't people in Alberta want to not be ruled by Ottawa? They basically have no say in national government.
Why not let them go their own way and leave the Federation or even join the US? Put it to a vote.
With their oil resources they can certainly make a go of it.

Japan's ass is next if China takes Taiwan.
It must participate in a defense of Taiwan. If Taiwan falls, China will try and scoop up disputed Japanese islands in the future

You'll never convince me that the Chinese government isn't intentionally spreading Covid worldwide nor can you convince me that it didn't do the same in 2020. Just in time for Chinese new year YET AGAIN to either not do anything or lift restrictions.
Especially given the nationalistic bs China engages in about its covid response. It might be futile but Chinese passengers need to be tested and quarantined. By all means offer mRNA vaccines to those that want it during quarantine.

Every day I read the news I grow more and more certain that TK is on to something about the dangers of the technological march onwards even while finding his anarcho-primitivist solutions to be laughable and his violence awful.
I'm far less sanguine than him about solutions. There is no hope. We're careening towards disaster and either civilization will collapse or we'll wipe this planet clean of humanity and maybe most if not all life.
It'll be a bio-engineered plague... or nukes... or nano technology... or heaven knows what.
It is coming. The last people alive, if they wonder about the Fermi Paradox, they'll guess that most technological civilizations kill themselves.
Don't have children, adopt instead.

I realized that Google/Yelp had a fake review problem when I was bribed with a metal thermos to just "write a review" after I was all done buying a car at a used car dealership. That they looked right after before giving the thermos.
