Went to Hudson and Co twice and both times had bad experiences. Food was meh, drinks were above average, an employee claiming to be the manager (both times) was a dick the entire time and then insulted me for wanting to pour my own stout in my glass instead of letting him do it.
Both times went for a dinner party 8 and 12 people.

Give yourself 3 hours. 2.5 if you have tsa/global precheck. Given it's a holiday weekend, it's going to be insanely busy.
