No, my husband IS a plow guy but he can’t find anyone to pay to work with him. Plow guys work their asses off

It would be great but unfortunately we can’t find any plows guys that want to work. My husband has been out straight plowing with all these storms and I’m pretty worried about his stress level.

NH social worker here! To add to all the accurate things you said…when the hospital gets tired of these psych patients taking up space, they are suddenly at baseline and discharged. Then they call BEAS and it expect it will be dealt with that way. Wash, rinse, repeat.

CMC has been a nightmare since the pandemic, at least. They are having some serious issues with employee retention (as is everyone) but they are hiring the worst of the worst, just to fill shoes. It’s not playing out well and they should be seeing more state/fed involvement soon.

You’d be surprised to know how many divisions in the State actually still use physical files. The division I work for has to keep physical files and record’s because our computer system is 20+ years old, not internet based and can’t support saving documents. Basically, it’s a simple database. If our records go up in smoke, we’ve got very little info to run on. That’s the least of the worries though.
