The only meaningful way that comes to mind would be to pass laws limiting Airbnb and corporate ownership of single family homes.

We worked with chase custom homes. We personally had no problems but several of our neighbors did so would not recommend.

Hip replacements are outpatient surgeries that are incredibly simple. You don’t need a world class surgeon to effectively perform it. I would go to the first place that has an opening within whatever range you’re willing to travel

I haven’t been to a lot of games but the 3-4 I’ve been to the last couple seasons were a great time?

I split YouTube tv with 2 buddies and it’s $25 per person per month. Base price is $65/month and $10 for sports pack (red zone, nfl network, etc). We’re in 3 different states and can have 3 devices at any one time. Would recommend this option

One can still empathize with victims and question the legitimacy of the statistic. Trying to solve a problem using bad data isn’t helpful and with all of these things, especially when they’re extrapolated, it’s good to think about the mechanisms. For example, another way to read this chart is Pennsylvania has one of the highest rates of unreported child abuse, an even bigger issue than reported child abuse. Before you go white knighting on everyone, try not assume the worst of everyone’s intentions

I don’t think they’re making light, and they’re probably right. It would make sense that the states with higher poverty and more rural areas have higher levels of unreported abuse. Who is gonna find out and where are they going to go to tell someone if they don’t have means and live in the sticks

Looking at articles, it looks like the threat (whatever it is) is contained. I remember when I was in middle school, we had this happen 3 times in one year. Every time it was a bomb threat someone had scribbled somewhere. I’m glad administration take these things seriously especially in this day and age, but often times it’s some shit head scrawling on a bathroom stall that prompts these things.

UNE has an MSW program that a couple friends of mine just came out of. They had mostly positive things to say about it and immediately landed jobs upon graduation doing counseling/therapy. I’m not familiar with the industry so apologies if this is different than psychotherapy
