Murder Most Foul by Bob Dylan mentions several rock, blues, jazz, and other artists. At one point he rhymes Dicky Betts and Stan Getz.

Hall and Oates was very cool. It was the last big show I saw before COVID.
Saw AC/DC a couple times way back and that was always wild and took a while for the ears to stop ringing afterwards.
Scorpions was Love at First Sting tour so they were on the very top back then.
Elton I saw in Vegas. Wild erotic show with sexual videos in the background and large breasts that shot confetti.
I saw him with Billy Joel also. That tour was a night packed with awesome music.

I’ve seen 4 out of 5 on your list. Not Michael Jackson though.
I wish I could have seen John Lennon and/or George Harrison. Bob Marley. Jimi Hendrix. I’ll never get see any of them.

They wouldn’t release all the singles at once so they wouldn’t be competing against themselves on the charts. When one single started falling down the charts they’d release the next one. This kept them in the spotlight longer.

I just saw the Gin Blossoms do this with New Miserable Experience to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its release. (Yes. That album is 30 years old)

And yet, that’s the part that’s ironic.
