Their source for the guy not being mentally incompetent is “facts of the case.” It’s made to look like a legal document but would be laughed out of court if filed by anyone other than a former president.

I wasn’t an avid watcher of the show as a kid, but this was the episode that really stuck with me.

24/50 states still execute people, and one of the states with an executive pause may have a republican governor in a few months. So your post is technically correct, but barely.
