Yesterday, Gene Valicenti made the COSTCO announcement on his morning radio program on WPRO, citing “solid sources”. After announcing that COSTCO was coming to the Chapel View area, targeted to “behind Shaws and next to Topgolf”, Valicenti interviewed the Director of the RI Department of Transportation, Peter Alviti, who talked about the development with familiarity, announcing the continuing adjustments to the Route 37 off ramp from Route 95 which will include an exit ramp serving Topgolf and a cloverleaf development north of that – presumably to handle COSTCO traffic. Alviti says COSTCO will be to the rear and to the side of Topgolf – “there’s plenty of room for it”.

RoofTop Power gets my highest recommendation. They had some trees cut for me and the installation went perfectly and was done in two days. That being said the whole process takes a few months. But the best recommendation I can give is to quote the utility guy who came out for the final inspection. “It’s perfect. You’re lucky.” Why, I asked? I would expect them all to be perfect. He said “you would think so but I’ve seen some real nightmares. A lot of them need work before we’ll give permission to activate”. It only makes financial sense if you have high electric usage to begin with. We are saving over $100/month and couldn’t be happier with our system or the service from Rooftop Power. Ask for Dexter. He explains and doesn’t sell. Feel free to DM me if you’d like more details.

It seems to me that the type of person that believes that they’re so special that they shouldn’t have to obey speed limits is also the type to leave the scene of an accident or evade being identified after committing any crime. I just don’t understand the lax enforcement. It’s right out there in your face.

PUR is good. Pitcher type works fine. Same with Brita. They work the same way…there is an actual filter for the larger contaminants and charcoal to absorb some chemicals. Just remember to change the filter periodically (based on how much you use it). You’ll be surprised at how much better your coffee will taste.
