If it is a hard, smooth, and shiny leather, you can use saddle soap to clean it a few times a year.

If it's softer and more grainy/textured, I'd probably use some of the other products mentioned - for my old soccer boots, I used mink oil fairly regularly to help with waterproofing and conditioning along with polish after every game to keep then looking sharp. I could usually get 2 or 3 good competitive seasons out of them with this maintenance routine.

5.11 (I fly with the Rush 72, I don't have your requirements but it checks a lot of your boxes)

Vanquest (great interior and exterior organizers as well, and they have more non-tactical looking bags)

Triple Aught Design (more high-end than the others, but what I do have from them will likely outlast me)

You're welcome. Vanquest and 5.11 both make lines that don't look tactical (ie the MOLLE webbing). But if he also uses a small set of tools (maybe to gain access to a server or unscrew a case), a smaller sling with a MOLLE tool pouch might do well also. As a size reference, I have a 5.11 Moab 6 sling and an I-pad Air 2 in a full case fits perfectly in the larger pocket with room for additional items.

😂🤣😅 Similar but scaled down at 5'8" and a not entirely soft 250 - when I am shopping in fragile stores with my wife they always ask if I need help - 'nope, I'm just here to keep my hands in my pockets and try not to break stuff'

I'd try the [Gorilla](http://Check this out! https://a.co/d/fuA8L5D) or look for another ruggedized drive. Or maybe a metal 1-piece drive like this - not necessarily this one, just an illustration of what I mean.

What are you doing to your thumb drives that they don't last a year???? I have several that are 5+ and one or two that are 10+ - and aside from speed differences I've mever had one fail or break that wasn't mishandled (ie I accidentally force it into the plug the wrong way and bent it - these were usb-c and micro-usb). Having said that, I usually use SanDisk, PNY, or Samsung. I have a ruggedized one from Gorilla that I got 2 years ago that I am happy with thus far that is USB-A 3.0.

I have used a Wahl Groomsman with a Li-Ion battery for roughly 20 years. I got about 12 or 13 years out of my 1st one shaving my beard and my head once ir twicea week. This 2nd one has just been the beard once a week. I oil it every few months and they make replaceable blades for them.
