You would need anti-inflammatory foods, liver cleansing and heart-kidney-brain supporting diet and herbs (crush/powdered, tincture), as well as breathing meditation exercises, to begin to mitigate particulate damage. Also good letter and lobbying skills, to politely tell politicians to quit being rat bastards in league with toxic corporations.

America is a larger chimera. We have had more than two parties in our history. Our coalitions do not coalesce. I definitely agree that we need proportional representation, with more congressional representation in each state. It needs to be done without 'watering down the vote'.

To add, we also need a better census system, counting domestic and field worker and those without stable housing, including licensing and inspecting rental houses. This can be done mostly remotely, with local documentation forwarded up to each state and the Federal gov.

Mice! Ugh. I used to think the same way but after some reading, I learned that we are weirdly similar (even when they haven't 'humanized' the mice). I still can't help being upset by that. I will be wat hinges closely to see human studies and then trials. I love molecular medicine! Let's hope they find the right switch to flip, to the right light.

Trikes. Trikes are the answer. E- trikes, with seats and canopies. Like the Edison. OK, that one isn't practucal but pretty cool. There are so many now though, take a minute and have a look.

There are options. The sooner we show all-route uptake, the more bike and e-commuter lanes will appear, as well as long country routes, connecting urban trails and bypasses. Start with weekend sports and work it your way. It's cheaper, quieter and healthier. For everyone.

Take a look on youtube electric vehicle channel: there is so much to see. Check the Aptera, the Vandersall Edison (so MG) and the Nobe with trailer, so Jetsons!

While it's not for everyone, its worth a try. E-bikes are amazing, no sweat unless you wanna. We make it an intergenerational 20k + return fun run, a few times a week, outside of deep winter and high tourist season.

I pick up full pannieres of milk, water, veg, then either get a running start or trudge it up the (40degree) hill, with gramma on her e-trike. E-bikes are awesome. Works great in the fallen snow too. There are ferrings, hoods and carts available to attach. The bigger problem, outside of both locking and guarding the bikes, is lack of interconnecting trails to supplies and the biggest danger is motor traffic.

We manage to do this in 3 countries and 5 states. It's nice that employers support this by allowing bikes into buildings and card access to monitored parking garage lockers in others. Trains are good with e-bikes too but buses make you lift them. I'd like to see faster lifts on buses and trains for less able people.

There are also some impressive little pod bikes/cars (covered trikes), Sporty e-trikes, snow and water craftsman as well as off roaders, to be experienced.

It isn't normally involved. It was noted as necessary due to decimation by infestation. Where there is a wind path you will typically see an opening of the trees. Check with your local forest service and politicians. Reports were filed. Please look into what is really happening to the forests due to climate change related infestation in North America. It's a viscious cycle. https://www.nature.org/en-us/newsroom/pests-pathogens-threats-forests-climate/

Actually true in a sense, Marco- . Warming lowlands and oceans instigate stratospheric instability with polar vortex weakening, so polar vortex spills out, drops a freeze down, seeking homeostasis? It's gonna get alot hotter and way colder while it gets alot wetter but then windier and drier... but yeah, alot hotter.

The khukuri is a common tool in Nepal; a generally humble and kind nation, mostly Hindu and Buddhist, with a recent influx of extremist Islamists from India. The tool is found in various sizes and used for many things, from opening a letter or can and otherwise managing food, to building a structure. Any extremist or nihilist will find or make a weapon, be it a tool or psyche.

None that I met. Definitely extremely classist but I saw and heard no racism. Our guys drove us around much of the island, including past the armed guards at ... Haiti mountain border over the months we were last there. Unless you count trying to have enough babies to outnumber everyone else as a race case... I just didn't see it.

That is a dual edged sword. We need people, especially kids, to develop immunity. That means exposure and with that, hopefully limited illness. Most masks I see out in the world aren't very protective, so consistently wearing one (Mandatory Masking) in crowd events like concerts, classroom, retail, in or by food service, especially farmers markets, where there are activity aerosols, makes sense. For decades, children were brought to other ill children, for immunity boosting. Flu was reduced during Covid masking. Masks come off, people crowd up, limited immunity, boom, you're down. It's a process.

"Empty beds", have been used in the past by Healthcare companies/corporations (more than one "facility") as a ploy for government funding or favors, from local as well federal entities. The whole thing needs an overhaul. From the companies laying off permanent nurses then hiring traveling nurses to defray the cost of ever diminishing reimbursement ("insurance", gov), to healthcare institutions being traded on Wall Street like kids game cards. The more they are able to pit us against each other, the more time they have to keep getting away with it.

Not at all, your concern is warranted. We all need to find out what's in our food and what's in our DNA. Also, I was spell corrected from "likely" to "at least". I meant likely. I would say, don't believe the first things you read on Google as there is much misinformation and dated information on most things. Gliomas of all types have disrupted lives of athletes in their 20's and glioblastoma are indeed a part of pediatric practice. A regressive study I saw did not include numbers from smaller medical practices, only large hospital consortiums. It does seem that males are more susceptible.

So yes, if you are generally healthy and enjoying life, see if there is a molecular diagnostic test available and note your family history. I would say to everyone that If you are having headaches, calendar them as compared to activity and diet. It may not just be that old shoulder injury or whatever you stuck into a couple days ago. Best.
