You could try Tammy Gardell in Auburn - I had a hell of a time finding a pcp as well. I’m new to Worcester too!

It’s not free but the courts at the ywca are almost always available after school hours. 40 dollars a month for a month to month membership. YMCA is the same price but gets pretty crowded.
