Just don't put one on as long as you're not driving a beater they won't bother you. From my experience

I did this 6 years ago. Comes to find out my house had ZERO insulation in the walls. They did $3500 worth of work for like $650. I was busy when they initially sent me the contract for the work which was originally like $900 or so and completely forgot about it. Then I got an email in December saying if I signed the contract before the 5th or something they'd take $300 off. Definitely worth having them come out.

I bought my car last year at Balise Honda in North Attleboro. No markups or bull. I'd personally avoid anything Grieco. I've heard stories and was just there for an oil change and saw multiple vehicles with a 7k plus markup.

my wife is a diehard bloody mary person and loves the one at Harry's Burger Bar. I think it's called the bloody mary from hell. also has bacon in it lol
