Thanks! I prefer small banks, but they get bought out and become midsize, then bought out again, and become large. Everything gets more complicated because more people are involved, then fees go up, and finally they wonder where all the customers they bought went. Yeah I’ve been on both sides of the desk. You get hired, you show you’re the greatest employee ever, you get a percentage raise off the low ball. If I don’t see a salary range, I don’t bother. As you said, plenty of good companies
