Trash everywhere, what a surprise.

I live at Grant Mill and love it here. Relatively quiet area. Can’t really hear much through the walls, ceiling or floors. The management and maintenance are great. $3k is more than enough for a 2 & 2. They had a nice 3rd floor corner unit with lots of windows and a view of downtown come available last month, not sure if it’s spoken for yet.
